This BRG is no stranger to the blog, having appeared several times before. It refuses to die. I've stayed here myself a couple of times, and found it to be as good as any Wingate property - excellent. It would be hard to be disappointed here. The hotel is located in a busy shopping area just a few miles east of Interstate 64. It's technically in Virginia Beach, but don't let that mislead you - this property is around 20 miles from downtown and the beach. It's much more suited to be thought of as a Norfolk hotel than a Virginia Beach hotel. The Norfolk Airport is just 4 miles away, served by fast and free airport shuttle.
