Canoga Park, California (Los Angeles Area)
We featured this one on the blog a couple of months ago. This hotel is located in the San Fernando Valley north of Los Angeles, just a a 15 minute drive to Hollywood and Universal Studios, 27 miles to Los Angeles International Airport, and 20 miles to Burbank and it's airport.
Both Dave's here at the blog have had stays here at different times over the past few years and found it to be perfectly fine; neither of us had ever been charged taxes by the property. But, it could definitely use a pool.
