hotel, Portland, Oregon - The Jupiter Hotel

hotel, Portland, Oregon - The Jupiter Hotel

This appears to be quite a party hotel - not the best place for sleeping! For your amusement, I just copied and pasted the following from their website:
THE JUPITER, Portland's non smoking, cultural boutique hotel offers crisp, modern guest rooms, cutting edge entertainment, food 21/7. Wireless internet access throughout the property-FREE! Freshbrewed Stumptown coffee and newspapers in the lobby-FREE!

Get a new 'do, color your hair, Wack it off (or just trim it) at Wack Salon. Get inked from the prestigious Jackelope Tattoo parlor. The DOUG FIR, dining for modern nomads, indy rock club, intimate lounge, farm-fresh omelets, simmered elk stew, amazing burgers, baguette french toast, a modern day diner meets swanky cocktail lounge... open daily from 7:00am until way past your bedtime. Get what you want! Into the action? Request the outdoor patio side. Chilling? Request the quieter side.

The tiny rooms with pretty basic amenities leave naysayers complaining that this is essentially a hyped-up Comfort Inn. Overall, this is a fun choice for the high-spirited, youthful, and party-driven among you, but certainly not for everyone!

Hotel Address: 800 East Burnside Street, Portland
